1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

2. How to Return

  1. Log in to your account at MensSxist.com.
  2. Navigate to “My Orders” and select the item(s) to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return label (if eligible).
  4. Pack the items securely and attach the label.
  5. Drop off at the designated carrier location.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic returns: Free with prepaid label (if eligible).
  • International returns: Customer pays return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
  • Sale/discounted items may only qualify for store credit.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only. To exchange:

  1. Return the original item.
  2. Place a new order at MensSxist.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Provide photos of the issue.
  2. We’ll arrange a free return & replacement/refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear, swimwear, and socks (hygiene reasons).
  • Final sale items (marked at purchase).
  • Personalized/customized products.

8. International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Return shipping costs.
    • Customs/duties on returned items.
  • Mark the package as “Return Merchandise” to avoid fees.

9. Return Status

Track your return via:

  • Your MensSxist.com account.
  • The carrier’s tracking number.

10. Important Notes

  • Returns without authorization may be rejected.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 days to appear in your account.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet our policy.
